1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OMDR ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OMDR is a registry and hosting platform for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We provide tools for discovering, publishing, and deploying MCP servers in various configurations including local, hosted, and self-hosted deployments.

3. User Accounts

To publish servers or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Publisher Terms

If you publish MCP servers on OMDR, you agree to:

  • Only publish content you have the right to distribute
  • Not publish malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Accurately describe your server's functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept our 90/10 revenue split for paid servers (90% to creator, 10% to OMDR)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape or collect user data without consent
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you publish. By publishing on OMDR, you grant us a license to host, distribute, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.OMDR's name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Creator payouts are processed monthly for earnings above the minimum threshold.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that MCP servers published by third parties are safe, functional, or fit for any purpose. Use third-party servers at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMDR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
